Step 1. Put 2 and a half cups of water to boil in a wok.
Step 2. Add tthree-fourthcup of sugar, a pinch of salt, a pinch of cardamom powder, to the boiling water.
Step 3. Then add one cup of semolina and stir frequently.
Step 4. Bring it to the consistency of a dough. Turn off the heat and keep aside till it cools.
Filling: Grated Coconut mixed with some sugar and cooked for a while in a wok (Turn off the gas once the coconut starts turning light brown). Once the dough cools, give it a bowl shape put in some filling and form a spherical ball. Prepare all the balls and deep fry them till they are crispy and golden brown.
