Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower and cut into pieces. Check once as chance of insects inside the florets.I recommend to dip the florets in turmeric water.This will help to kill any insects in the cauliflower florets if present.Peel off the potatoes and cut into cube sizes.
Make a fine paste of tomatoes (50 gm), dry chilies, coriander leaf (10 gm) and keep aside.
Fine chop the onion, rest tomatoes (50 gm) and rest coriander leaves (10gm) and keep aside.
Heat oil (2btps) Mustard Oil in the pan, add cauliflower, potatoes and salt as per taste and stir fry till cauliflower turns light brown and keep aside.
